General Membership Meetings

All meetings take place on a Sunday at 6:00 pm and are located at:

American Legion Post # 201

Children's Christmas Party

Sign-up forms will be in the Union Views and on Bulletin Boards in September/October 2010.

Date: Sunday, December 5, 2010

Time: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Where: PNI Club, 290 Millbury Street, Worcester, MA 01610

Fran Flynn Magician Extraordinaire

Show will begin promptly @ 11:30 a.m.

Hot Dog, Cake and Ice Cream will be served immediately following the show.

Children will be called to see Santa and receive gifts in the order of the arrival of each family. As soon as you enter, be sure to sign-in.

Committee requests that each member please donate non-perishable food at the party, which will be given to charity.

Reminder: Anyone in an APWU represented craft who is not a union member

is not eligible to play!

Shotgun start at 8:00 a.m.

CENTRAL MASSACHUSETTS AFL/CIO

12^TH ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT

DATE: JUNE TBA, 2010

PLACE: Leicester Country Club – Leicester, MA

TIME: 9:00am

COST: $100 Per Player

Price includes coffee and donuts, lunch and an Italian Buffet and great prizes.

This is a soft-spike course; and collard golf shirts are required!

Each player hits a ball – team plays from the best shot.

(If you are a threesome, each player hits a ball, then one player hits an additional ball; alternate the player who hits the fourth ball every shot.)

Prizes will be given to first, second and third place teams.

There will be two longest drive prizes (one male/one female).

Closest to the pin prizes (one male/one female).

There will be a 50/50 hole, hit the green and your name goes into a drawing to win.
